So many good stories, unfortunately we live in the Southern Hemisphere, so I try to avoid the real snowy ones :-)

I understand, Jane. My family lives in the American desert, so Christmas involves playing sports outside, usually barefoot and in short sleeves. However, there are plenty of Christmas books that aren’t necessarily set in “winter landscapes”.

I love picture books and what better way to count down the days to Christmas than this tradition? I am getting mine together right now and can’t wait to snuggle and read our way through advent!

Carrie Penwitt
